Cast yellow gold sapphire and diamond ring with a 1.3mm - 2.5mm flat tapered shank thickening at the shoulders to hold a 3.1 mm wide head grain set with three 0.005ct single cut diamonds colour "I" and clarity "SI" and four 2.0mm round cut sapphires. The ring is stamped 375 and weighs 1.8gms.
