ITEM DETAILS: Cast yellow gold sapphire and diamond ring with a 3.9mm - 6.3mm grooved shank pave set with twenty-six brilliant cut diamonds colour "J" and clarity "I2" each side of a bezel set 1.00ct oval cut synthetic pink sapphire. The diamonds have a total weight of 0.32ct. The ring is stamped 375 and weighs 3.9gms.
