We send our items securely packaged so they arrive to you in good order undamaged. 

We send our items standard post for Australia and Economy Air for international unless requested otherwise. 

We do recommend that you add insurance & signature to your valued items.  

For Items sent through Australia post: We do not refund items valued over $100 that go missing in transit unless they have insurance. 

For Items sent through Sendle post: We do not refund items valued over $300 that go missing in transit unless they have insurance. 

We cannot send items through Sendle that have a PO Box address - Please chose Australia post instead.

Payment via PayPal/Credit Card only. (You DO NOT need a Paypal Account to pay into our Paypal account.)  

We send items within one to three working days after payment is received.
