A striking hand carved cameo brooch featuring an unusual three-dimensional male portrait, beautifully framed in an ornate 9ct yellow gold leaf and floral surround.

The oval cameo measures approximately 29 × 24mm and displays delicate white to very pale pink tones. The detailed carving gives the gentleman’s face wonderful depth and character, making this a particularly interesting piece for a cameo collector.

Hand assembled, acid tested as 9ct yellow gold, and weighing a substantial 13.93g, the brooch is finished with a traditional pin and C-clip fitting.
