SHIPPING 

We send our items securely packaged so they arrive to you in good order undamaged. 

We do recommend that you add insurance & signature to your valued items.  

We send all items with tracking unless you advise otherwise. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 

International buyers are responsible for import customs tax. 

Check your countries import laws and make sure you are aware of any customs charges you are responsible for. 

We send all international items as a gift and with the price you paid not the valuation price. 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Australia post: We do not refund items valued over $100 that go missing in transit unless they have insurance. 

Sendle post: We do not refund items valued over $300 that go missing in transit unless they have insurance. 

Sendle does not ship to PO Box address - Please chose Australia post instead.

PAYMENT

Payment via PayPal/Credit Card only. (You DO NOT need a Paypal Account to pay into our Paypal account.)  

We send items within one to three working days after payment is received.  

If you require more than three days to make payment unless you are putting your item on layby.  

We layby items for 4 - 6 weeks with a non refundable deposit of $50 to be made within three days of purchase.

Our items are purchased through Estate and Vintage sales and from people who wish to pass their treasured items onto someone who will care about them just as much as they did.  

Each piece has a history and a story, we do our best to find out as much as we can about the items at the time of purchase.

It is important that before purchasing, to ask any questions regarding the item & check the photos carefully as they form an important part of its condition & description.  

If you are unhappy with your item or it arrives damaged, or not as described, please contact us straight away before leaving negative feedback so we have the opportunity find a suitable solution.  

We have a strong base of information about antiques & collectables through a lifetime of interest and many years trading and are always learning.  

Being human we may sometimes miss things so are always happy to have feedback and input regarding our listings.  

We will try to answer your questions within 24 hours but as we travel to antique fairs a great deal it may occasionally take a little longer to get back to you.
