This item is a handmade vintage ring shaped like a pretty flower. It has a lovely Sapphire set in the centre with 10 Diamonds set between the petals. All of the gemstones are set in 18ct white gold which are set on an 18ct yellow gold band.

Handmade yellow and white gold Sapphire and Diamond ring with a 3.8-5.4 mm flat tapered shank and pointed flow up shoulders holding a 19.8 mm multi-leaf headset with an oval cut fine blue Sapphire and 10 single cut Diamonds.
Gemstone: Sapphire 1 @ oval cut fine blue = 0.58ct and Diamonds 10 @ = 0.005ct single cut colour "G" and clarity "VS".
