Beautifully detailed and wonderfully romantic, this vintage 15ct yellow gold brooch is an impressive example of traditional floral jewellery, lavishly decorated with an extraordinary 90 half seed pearls.
The design follows a graceful flowering branch, with a large dimensional bloom at its centre surrounded by delicately formed leaves and smaller floral details. Each section is intricately set with creamy seed pearls, creating wonderful texture and lustre against the warmth of the yellow gold.
At approximately 51mm long, it has excellent presence without being overly large – an elegant statement worn on a jacket, dress, scarf or lapel and equally appealing as a piece for the serious vintage jewellery collector.
