 Cast yellow gold sapphire and diamond ring with a 1.5mm - 3.8mm rounded tapered shank thickening at the shoulders to hold a head claw set with five 0.005ct single cut Diamonds colour "H" and clarity "SI" each end of a 6mm x 4mm oval cut Sapphire. There are four 2.0mm square cut Sapphires channel set in each shoulder.
