AN UNIQUE STATEMENT PIECE

This truly is an unique dress ring which is gold plated over 925 sterling silver.
with a Cultured Pearl on the front. 

The ring is a Eggert Denmark piece and is adjustable in size and as it always is with one of the Eggerts creations this truly is an interesting piece.
Reminds me of a pearl egg yet to be hatched and nestled in its nest. 
I have seen many pieces by the Eggerts which have the almost trade mark golden nest look but none as a ring with a pearl nestled in the nest. 

This ring is a fabulous statement piece that is sure to be admired by wearer and onlooker alike. 

As the ring is stamped Eggert Denmark, I suspect this is a piece by Flora Danica Jewelry .  Orla & Grethe Eggert established the company in 1952.  They developed the idea of making jewelry based on natures unique design.  The Eggerts created their first pieces in copper and had them gold plated and then later on changed to Sterling Silver and plated normally in 24ct gold.  


CONDITION
This item is in Great Condition with a little age related wear and patina.
 There is a little wear to the gold plating.
