A beautifully refined 18ct yellow gold hand carved cameo, designed to be worn as either a brooch or pendant.

The oval cameo depicts the graceful profile of a classical lady and measures approximately 30 Ă— 23mm. It is rim set within an elegant flattened gold surround, allowing the delicate carving and warm natural tones to take centre stage.

A roll catch pin provides secure brooch wear, while the discreet hinged loop allows it to be suspended from a chain as a pendant. Hand assembled and weighing approximately 5.94g, this is a versatile piece of traditional cameo jewellery.
