A beautifully traditional 9ct yellow gold cameo brooch featuring a finely hand-carved cameo with wonderful vintage character.

The oval cameo measures approximately 35 × 27mm and is bezel set within its warm yellow gold surround. Measuring 43.6 × 37.8mm overall, the brooch is fitted with a pin and safety chain for added security.

Weighing approximately 9.2g, this is a substantial and elegant pre-loved cameo with timeless appeal.
