Tapered grooved edge articulated wire back loop with 3 round brilliant cut Diamonds rub over set & 1 oval Star Sapphire rub over set.

Star Sapphire: 1 @ 7.9 x 5.75 x 2.65mm = 1.35cts translucent mid - light grey with silver off centre 6 ray star
